Order

How can I change my order after placing an order?

You can change your order immediately within 24hrs by emailing us your first and last name, an order number, and a reason why you would like to change, at customersupport@easecrib.com.

After a day, you could still change the order, if it hasn't shipped out yet.

How do I know when my order is shipped?

We will email you a shipping confirmation about your tracking code and link to track your package. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder.

How can I cancel my order?

We'd like our customers to be happy. So we always try our best to give you the greatest solution.

Simply contact us with your first and last name, an order number, a reason why you would like to cancel, and proofs if needed, at customersupport@easecrib.com.

Be aware about 7-day policy which means you have 7 days to raise a request after you've received your order.

Out of Stock? What about my order?

Don't worry we will cancel the out-of-stock item and ship the rest of your order.

If you allow us to email you, we will notify when an item is back in stock.

My order is wrong/ missing items/ damaged.

What shipping methods do you have?

We currently offer standard shipping (14-20 days) and express shipping (4-10 days).

Late shipping/ Never Arrive

Sorry :( if it happened to you. Please allow us more time to ship your package due to COVID-19 protocols or other factors.

Do you offer Free shipping?

Yes! FREE shipping on orders $50+

Do you ship internationally?

No :( We only ship to US.

Do you ship to P.O Box address?

Not at this time. But if somehow your order passes our system, we will notify you and cancel an order asap.

Return/ Refund/ Exchange

How can I request a return/refund?

If our sevice doesn't satisfy you, don't hesitate to contact us at customersupport@easecrib.com to submit a request. Please leave your first and last name, an order number, a reason why you would like a return/refund, and proofs if needed.

Be aware about 7-day refund/ return policy which means you have 7 days to raise a request after you've received your order.

If you decide to send an order without a request, your return won't be accepted.

How long will I see my refund?

After Ease Crib issued a refund, please allow 3-5 business days for your bank to process.

The product is faulty

Kindly, contact us and we will send you out a new one.

You may or may not need to return a faulty product.

Can I exchange my product to a different color?

Yes, you can. But it has to be a same product's model. Please request a return, whenever we receive your product and inspect its condition. Then we will send out a new order with a color you wish.
