Return & Refund Policy

This Policy for Ease Crib ("we", "our", or "us") describes how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges for purchases made on our website.
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you ("you", "your", "customers", or "users") are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return/refund policy.
TIME LIMIT
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
ISSUES & DAMAGE
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately within 24 hours. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, missing parts, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your item is defective or malfunctioning, you may exercise your warranty rights within this period.
EXCEPTIONS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on FINAL SALE items unless the item is defective, missing parts, incorrect, or never arrived. We do not accept returns or refunds for customer errors, such as entering the wrong address, selecting the wrong size or color, or changing your mind.
We are unable to make any changes to your order once your order is shipped. This includes changing items, changing address, shipping methods, or adding items to your order.

RETURN
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it-unworn, with all original tags, parts, and packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@easecrib.com with your name and order number, as well as the reason why you would like to return the products. Please allow up to 4 business days from the day you requested a return to be reviewed. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package via email.
Return shipping costs may be covered by us or the customer, depending on the reason for return.
*ITEMS SENT BACK TO US WITHOUT FIRST REQUESTING A RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
REFUND & EXCHANGE
We will notify you through email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund or exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your chosen method or exchanged for the same item. For a store-credit refund, it will be shown immediately on your store account. For a bank-account refund, it will be refunded to the original form of payment. Please remember it can take several days for your bank to process and post the refund.

NOTICE UPDATES
Ease Crib has the right to modify our Refund Policy at any time to suit our current practices. Any modifications to this Refund Policy will be announced on this Website and will take effect immediately. We recommend checking the Refund Policy regularly for any updates or changes. If you continue to use our Website after such changes become effective, you agree to comply with them.
