Shipping Policy

This Policy for Ease Crib ("we", "our", or "us") describes how we manage shipments. By placing an order through this Website, you ("you", "your", "customers", or "users") will be agreeing to the terms below. These terms ensure both parties are informed and protected, setting clear expectations for our service. 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

We typically process orders within 24 hours. Once your order is accepted, we will email you a confirmation.

TRACKING NOTIFICATION

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment or click here.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, time, and destination of the items in the order. Shipping payment will be collected with the purchase. An actual shipping cost for a purchase will vary based on several factors mentioned above. This table is for reference purpose only. Final costs are calculated at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not currently offer international shipping.

DISPATCH TIME

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days after orders are accepted. Our warehouse operates on Monday-Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays, during which the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum. Once your order is shipped, we will email you a notification with a tracking number and a link for you to track your package.

CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS

For delivery address changes, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of placing your order. We could possibly change the address before the order has been dispatched. 

CANCELLATION

We are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. Please contact us immediately within 24 hours of placing your order. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Return & Refund policy. 

    RETURN, REFUND, AND EXCHANGE

    If you are not happy with your purchase, please feel free to visit our Return & Refund policy to submit a request. 

    PACKAGE DAMAGE

    If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, please email us at support@easecrib.com to proceed next steps. 

    NEVER ARRIVE/ LATE SHIPPING 

    If the delivery time has exceeded the estimated time, please allow extra time for potential delays caused by strict protocols, holidays, distance, customs, or natural disasters.

    If orders never arrive, do not hesitate to contact us at support@easecrib.com to proceed next steps.

    OUT OF STOCK

    If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order. 

    GIFT WRAPPING

    We do not currently offer this service.

    SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT

    Packages do not require a signature at this time.

    P.O BOX SHIPPING

    We currently do not offer P.O box shipping at this time. If your order somehow passes our system with a P.O Box address, we will contact you promptly to either cancel the order or request an alternate shipping address.

    TAXES

    Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods.

    NOTICE UPDATES

    Ease Crib has the right to modify our Shipping Policy at any time to suit our current practices. Any modifications to this Shipping Policy will be announced on this Website and will take effect immediately. We recommend you check the Shipping Policy on a regular basis for any new or updated information. If you continue to use our Website after such changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
